Truth for Your Teens
I’m so glad you’re here! Throughout this podcast, you’ll hear testimonies, stories, and advice on fun and serious topics that teens deal with. Whether you’re here for advice or guidance on bullies, boys, grades, school, parents, siblings, life, love, or meaning, I’ve got you covered. We’ll talk about all those things and more on Truth for Your Teens, but to sum it up, I’ll say this: every podcast will come back to your worth, your life, and your purpose. “There is only love and light.” -Diane Stewart
My Friends fans will get my reference here…but in all seriousness, this podcast details how it all started! Tune in to learn more about me, my life, and why I decided to lean into God’s voice when He said “do what you’ve always felt called to do: help teens.”

“Perhaps you were born for such a time as this” -Esther 4:14
In this episode, I’m talking with Katie Bulmer, creator of Truth for Your Twenties, about discerning your purpose, living your truth and helping others around you do the same. Katie is a shining example of this: she lives her life with integrity, faithfully following God’s plan for her, and she helps women younger than her (like me!) live their truth. I shared my passion for Truth for Your Teens with Katie and asked her if she’d be interested in partnering, and she took a chance on a 22-year-old and said YES!

“You are enough. You are so enough. It is unbelievable how enough you are.” -Sierra Boggess
Hint: it doesn’t come from any external factor in your life. In this episode, I’m interviewing on of the most Christ-centered, steadfast women I know, Rachel Farrow. We’ll be taking a deep dive into self-worth, self-esteem, where they come from, and how to live into the truth surrounding them, regardless of the circumstances in your life.
